As treasurer of MBLA, Abdellaziz Ait Mansour oversees the association’s financial affairs, as well as the management of donations and subsidies received from public, private, national, and international organizations, and their deposit in the association’s bank account. He is also in charge of monitoring expenditures on a regular basis and approving documents that justify the NGO’s expenditures. 

He is also the one who presents the financial report for review and approval at board meetings. Abdellaziz is a Life and Earth Sciences associate professor. He has a doctorate in Applied Entomology from Cadi Ayyad University, as well as a postgraduate diploma in Environmental Sciences (Diploma of Advanced Graduate Studies) and an undergraduate diploma in Animal Biology.
