Ferdaousse oversees the association's sound financial, administrative and logistical management, ensuring transparent and efficient governance.
With a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management and a Master's degree in Applied Economics in Environment and Climate Change from Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakech, she combines her skills in economics, finance and natural resource management to support sustainable development.
She is pursuing her Phd in Economics at the Laboratory for Research in Energy, Environmental and Resource Economics (GREER) in the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences at Cadi Ayyad University, where her work focuses on the preservation and sustainable management of fisheries resources, in the context of the blue economy.
